This project explores the design of a mobile health application focused on simplifying fitness and nutrition for busy users. Using a user-centered design approach, the app delivers personalized recommendations based on key metrics such as BMI and BMR, reducing the need for constant manual tracking.
Problem statement
Busy individuals often struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle due to time constraints and the complexity of existing fitness apps.
